(About three weeks ago, I received an elegantly designed wedding card from a distant friend. Today is his wedding day. What can I say then?: "Congratulations my friend and God bless. Thank you very much for still remembering me and utmost for your friendship. I gave you this poem three years ago in response to the one you composed for me and 'tis only now that I'm going to post it through this blog, hehehe...")

From North to South and from East to West
The world contains culture so vast
And so the skin, go red and white
Black, yellow, brown adds to the light.
Some can go somewhere out there
But others can’t so they stay behind
Privileged is he who flies and roams
To hear the truth and meet the world.
A story then starts to build a line
Like these phrases they take so fine:
“They have but I have none”
“I’ll go to sleep ‘coz 1+1 is equals one.”
“The sun never rises from the West
Nor does it ever settle to the East.”
“How come and why like that?”
“Bye, bye! Take care,” and just like what?
Off to Marinduque from out of plan
Three days, four nights same shirt and pant.
But just relax, explore, enjoy and have some fun
Simply like the dance plays of Shahrukh Khan.
India, America and the Philippines
With intrigues and mysteries so filled it seems
Laughter, naughtiness and arguments all won
Yet LB Square’s still a place of perfect fun.
And now - all these lines I know of one
Who’ll leave them all at the IH walls.
Friends he met and again they’re gone
Like the river blue that flows and rolls.
